Increasing the smooth level increases the amount of blur in the resulting image.

Calculates the weighted average of a 3x3 group of pixels centered on the pixel being adjusted.

Calculates the weighted average of a 5x5 group of pixels centered on the pixel being adjusted.
7x7
Calculates the weighted average of a 7x7 group of pixels centered on the pixel being adjusted.
