The Save Image command saves the raster data or the vector drawing data of the current open document to an image file.
If vector drawing data exists in the current open document, an additional dialog box will popup to ask for the source of the image file. Choose to save an image of the raster data or vector data.
Then enter a filename into the Save Image File dialog box:
Choose the target image from the “Save as type” list box.
Press “Save” when you are finished.
If you choose to save the image file from the vector drawing data, you will have options to specify the size, resolution, pen width, etc. in the Save Vectors As Image dialog box:
